Observational Rotation

BEFORE A RESIDENT CAN BE ACCEPTED INTO AN OBSERVATIONAL ROTATION, THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTATION MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE GME OFFICE:

• Complete Memorandum of Rotation Agreement
• Leter from preceptor Program Director to the Associate Dean of GME, approving the rotation with dates and nature of the observational rotation.
• Letter from Observational resident's current Program Director inidicating a background check has been performed and there are no felonies reported.
• Provide a copy of liablity insurance coverage from the external facility
